Web platform
To start a new work order, go to the Work Orders page and click Start new. Give your work order a title and assign it to a location.
Select the work instructions you want to include, you can add multiple as needed.
You can also start from a templated work order. On the Work Orders page, click Browse templates. Find the template you want to use and click Start from. Assign the location where this work order will be carried out.
Mobile app (Android and iOS)
To start a new work order, go to the Work tab and click Start new. Choose a work instruction and click Start. A new work order will be automatically created with this work instruction included.
You can add more work instructions to the work order by clicking the Add work instruction button.
To start a work order using a template, click Start new on the Work tab, then select Templates. Find the template you want to use and tap Start.
