When building a workflow, decision steps can be used to prompt a choice from a user. This may split the path of your workflow into two separate journeys or they may rejoin further on. HINDSITE allows several customisations to get the most out of your decision steps.

By default, a decision step creates a YES and NO option, however the wording of each response can be fully customised. To modify, select the Change button on the decision step. Through the side panel, you'll be able to input your choice of response text (up to 10 characters).

Each decision step can have up to SIX response types. This can also be added by selecting Change on the decision step.
