Calls in HINDSITE are saved by default to allow you to review the call or create content videos to share knowledge across your organisation.
To access your call history, select the content page from your HINDSITE dashboard. Use the Advanced Search tool, and change the 'Exclude Calls' switch to 'Include Calls'. This will refresh the content page below and will now include recordings of your previous calls in reverse chronological order.
