Creating a Work Order Schedule

On the Work Orders page, open the Schedules tab and click Schedule work order. Choose the work order template you want to schedule, give the schedule a name and set how often you want the work order to be generated (e.g. weekly, monthly or annually).

Set when the schedule should begin and, if needed, when it should finish. You can also specify a due date period after each work order is created (e.g. due 7 days after creation).

Managing Scheduled Work Orders

On the Schedules tab, click Edit on the schedule to update the frequence, start date or temporarily pause it.

Scheduled work orders are automatically generated 7 days in advance. Newly created work orders appear under the Planned tab. You can start them early if needed - once work begins, they'll move to the Active tab.

Work orders will also automatically move to the Active tab in the week they are scheduled to start.
