You can create custom fields for:
Assets
Locations
Companies
Contacts
To manage custom fields, navigate to Settings and click Custom Fields. To configure a field against a specific feature, click Manage Custom Fields.
To add a new field, click New field. Within the custom fields editor, you can:
Give the field a name and choose the field type
Decide if the field is required
Recorder your fields as needed to control the display order
