Work instructions
Go to the Work tab and tap the Start new button.
Find the work instruction you want to use and tap on its name.
A menu will appear at the bottom of your screen, tap Download for offline use.
Once you see a green tick next to the work instruction, it’s ready to use offline.
Note: You only need to download a work instruction once. It will stay on your device unless you manually remove it.
Work orders
Open the in progress work order, tap the three dots in the top right corner of your screen and select Download.
Each work instruction within the work order will begin downloading. When a green tick appears next to each item, they're ready for offline use.
Coming back online
Any work instructions completed while offline are stored locally on your device.
Once you're back online:
All completed work instructions will automatically sync to the server.
Sync time may vary depending on how many items you completed and how much content is included.
Just give it a moment — everything will upload and process in the background.
